Welcome to the NCIP Standing Committee (NCIP-SC) website.  The NCIP Standing Committee is charged with facilitating communication among implementers of the NISO Circulation Interchange Protocol (NCIP).  This group hosts a listserv, holds monthly conference calls, and meets in person twice each year.
