There was some discussion on the tentative agenda for the face-to-face meeting in Atlanta (November 13-15). People felt we should move the constituency discussion closer to the start of the first day. In general, folks wanted more time spent working on specific tasks and less time reporting and otherwise talking about them. We will add a consideration for dates and venue of the next meeting to the end of Tuesday. We will add a discussion of marketing needs into the third day. We will add a place in the first morning to hear about growing European interest in adopting NCIP.

Three specific to-do tasks fell to Zemon.
                                  1. Post to the list a revised tentative agenda for the face-to-face
                                  2. Post to the list the outstanding list of tasks and assignments
                                  3. Post to the list a summary of unhappiness, worries, and dissatisfaction that have come to my ears and that need to be aired, and possibly addressed at the next meeting.

The point of all these to-the-list postings is both to encourage input before the meeting and to put all attendees on an even footing for the meeting so less time is spent laying groundwork. These postings will appear later today or early tomorrow.
