NCIP Standing Committee
Fall 2011 Meeting
October 12-13, 2011


The NCIP Standing Committee will hold its Fall 2011 in-person meeting October 12-13 at the EnvisionWare offices in Duluth, GA (a suburb of Atlanta).

Hotel
A block of rooms is being arranged at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta NE / Gwinnett Sugarloaf.  The block rate is $99/night.  The name for the block is "NCIP Meeting".  The link above is a special on-line reservation service for reserving from this block.

Local Transportation
The hotel is approximately 40 minutes from the Atlanta airport, and the EnvisionWare offices are 5-10 minutes from the hotel.  The hotel may be able to provide a shuttle to and from the meetings.  Taxi service is available, but it is not convenient, so you might consider renting a car.

Group Dinner
It is a tradition with the NCIP Standing Committee to enjoy a group dinner as part of the in-person meetings.  For this meeting, reservations have been made at The Arena Tavern.  This restaurant has a varied menu and a fun atmosphere, plus it is conveniently located directly in front of the Hilton Garden Inn.  The group dinner is pay-your-own-way, and arrangements have been made with the restaurant for separate checks.
