Spring 2012 Meeting

The NCIP Standing Committee will hold its Spring 2012 in-person meeting April 25-26 at the The George Washington Wyndham Hotel in Winchester, VA. (The meeting will be hosted by The Library Corporation.)
Hotel
A block of rooms has been arranged at the The George Washington Wyndham Hotel. The name of the block is "The Library Corporation" and rate is $89/night. This rate is valid until March 28, 2012.
Local Transportation
Taxi / Car service is pretty pricey from Dulles to Winchester (Over $100 / person each way). Our recommendation is to rent a car and drive. There are also two other airports (BWI and National) to choose from. Those two are a little farther away, but flights tend to be less expensive in and out of these compared to Dulles.
Group Dinner
It is a tradition with the NCIP Standing Committee to enjoy a group dinner as part of the in-person meetings. The group dinner is pay-your-own-way, and arrangements will be made with the restaurant for separate checks.
