March  21, 2013 – Conference Call

Agenda

I.                Implementer updates

a.     TLC

                                      i.     Is moving ahead with interop testing v.1 with OCLC Navigator

                                     ii.     Has begun testing with Evergreen in northern California

b.     Polaris

                                      i.     Also progressing it testing with OCLC Navigator in Texas

                                     ii.     Has recently begun low-level or alpha testing with AutoGraphics SHAREit

c.     ExLibris

                                      i.     Has begun testing both Aleph and Voyager with AutoGraphics SHAREit

II.               Update on implementers’ profiles

a.     The profiles will replace the Implementer Registry.  The profiles have not yet been uploaded to the NISO Website. Mike is still waiting on responses from some vendors.

III.              Agenda & logistics for April 2013 meeting

a.     Members are booking flights and reserving rooms.

b.     Juli mentioned that she will be driving to the meeting and will have a van to help with transportation to and from the meeting site if desired.

c.     Members should send topics for discussion to Mike ASAP to get them on the meeting agenda.

IV.            Other items for discussion

a.     The SIP3 Working Group will meet on April 10.  They have asked if we have questions or topics for them. If so, individuals can send these to the Ted Koppel or John Bodfish prior to their meeting. http://www.niso.org/apps/org/workgroup/niso-sip/

b.     The Maintenance Agency is still up for grabs. Rob Walsh indicated last meeting that he will no longer be available to maintain the site. A volunteer is needed to transition the MA function.

V.             Next meetings:

a.     The April conference call is cancelled because we will meet the following week in Columbus.
